The work of the ministry began in 1987, and incorporated in 1991 as a faith-based nonprofit organization.

Our Founders :
Nazarene Outpost Ministries was founded by Dr. Paul L. Collins, EDD;missionary; educator; former corporate executive; counselor; military officer and Shirley A. Collins, MA; ordained minister; retired teacher, psalmist and recorded solo singing artist.
